The study is based on literature review rear in the past ten years and correlating the findings with the present scenario and probable requirements that may come up in the future. Whether it is related to child centered play or developmentally appropriate practice, the approaches in characteristic development will have to be re-evaluated to create the right combination for children of todays world.Findings in sub-fields of child centered play have shown a definite growth in certain tracks over the past couple of years.
